1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlignICP website, the AlignICP platform, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services or their underlying technology except as expressly permitted.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

3. Accounts & customer agreements

Access to the AlignICP platform requires an account and is subject to a separate written customer agreement (or order form) between AlignICP and your organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your customer agreement, the customer agreement controls for the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by AlignICP or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlignICP and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
